GET /v1/public-config lists capabilities that remain unavailable because required upstream guarantees are absent. Use these flags before presenting an action or requesting its scope.
Reveal card details
Card reveal is unavailable with reason codeupstream_hosted_reveal_required. Perflo does not return a primary account number (PAN), card verification value (CVV), reveal token, or provider card identifier.
Receive inbound provider events
Inbound provider events are unavailable with reason codesigned_provider_events_required. Perflo does not claim provider-event authenticity or upstream delivery timeliness. Receive operation webhooks describes the separate API-owned outbound operation event channel.
Execute an exact purchase
Exact quote-bound purchase execution is unavailable with reason codeupstream_exact_price_ceiling_unproven. You can create a non-executable purchase quote, but you cannot submit it for payment.
Execute a query purchase
Query purchase execution is unavailable with reason codeupstream_price_cap_required. Perflo does not accept an uncapped query as purchase authority.
Execute a transfer
Transfer execution is unavailable with reason codeupstream_executable_remittance_bound_authority_and_causal_grant_required. A transfer quote is indicative, expires after five minutes, and cannot be prepared, signed, paid, or executed.
